Ashley Marie Arnold holds her BM from Oklahoma City University and is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA.
She has been performing professionally since the age of 6, first appearing Off Broadway later transitioning to television and film. Her love for performing arts over all has enabled her to make a living as an artist in NYC and Los Angeles, CA. She, pre- pandemic times, was also a lead vocalist for a major Cruise Line traveling in International Waters. She is a true triple threat performer and has won numerous awards for her talents. She has had the opportunity to work alongside many notable Tony, Oscar and Emmy Award winners and to be directed by them on stage and screen. She has been fortunate to have been awarded educational scholarships based on her merit for her training and education in NYC, Martha’s Vineyard, Hollywood,CA, Idyllwild, CA, Oklahoma City, OK and Chicago, IL.
She also has an extensive history of working with youth. Not only is she the oldest girl in a family of 7 children, but she gained skills early on as a YMCA youth counselor for summer camps, local and regional performing arts schools, assisting in choreography, musical direction, acting coaching and eventually setting off into her own responsibilities for class acting and musical theatre rosters in Los Angeles, CA. Privately, she has been a member of active peer / teen industry work groups, summer stocks and throughout college focused most of her theatre energy in the South Eastern region.
In the fall of 2022, Ashley moved back to NYC and she has been virtually private coaching children with much success in audition preparation ( tv/ film/ theatre). Often times when not working on stage or screen she will supplement her income as a highly rated nanny. These families also love to incorporate Ashley’s musicality, imaginative playtime and use of creativity into their daily routines to expose their children to caregivers with artistic influences.
At this time, Ashley is only coaching in person in NYC on a very limited basis due to her availability or by virtual sessions. In the future, and with interest, A³E² hopes to be able to offer cost effective half day or day long sessions for kids and teens local to Central Virginia interested in professional opportunities and college pursuits and Ashley will be the primary coach but supported by local casting and dance professionals.
