Married for more than 29 years. Tony specializes in Special Education, with a BA in Business, Masters in Special Education . Lynda has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a Masters in Business ( MBA Marketing/ Management). She has spent the past 25 years in and out of all sides of the Entertainment Industry in Los Angeles and NYC . Together they previously ran three successful companies- two in the Entertainment fields and one international Healthcare Safety focused non profit organization. Their biggest sense of joy and shared purpose however is that they are parents to 7 awesome children including one current Army Officer and one Marine Veteran. Additionally at this time, they are grandparents to two extremely adorable toddlers living in Southern California. They are both extremely active in adoption & foster care local, regional & national advocacy, education and peer support groups.
Almost all of the children in their lives have been at one time or another involved in their local public school districts and identified as needing additional assistance . Thankfully, these events large or small , positive or negative never truly deterred their desire to continue to trust, build and thrive together as a family. Their combination of energies and diverse viewpoints helped them both to learn to lead as a committed couple. As the Arnold family, they have navigated and continue to navigate transracial , special needs and sibling set adoption, biofamily involvement, County placement vs private agency involvement, biological child impact immediate and lifelong, psychoeducational testing for school, home and community outcomes, birth family search assistance for older adoptees, chronic child trauma , ptsd, long lasting and impacting diagnoses , social delays, developmental delays, and yet TONS of bravery , resilience, humor, Indisputable talents and gifts , laughter, pure joy, and the most amazing family memories one could begin to imagine. Advocacy, Education Networking and Representation are literally the cornerstone of their bond and the pillar that they now offer to others as they continue to see out from the other side ; still living through some situations. They are relevant and engaged and that’s often times missing MOST from those that consider themselves “Advocates” and charge the highest dollar.
Tony’s tutoring K- 12 Math is top rated. His credentials include mild to moderate disability and autism. Currently he is Special Education Teacher for a PWC Highschool in Virginia , having taken early retirement from LAUSD after 16 years. He actually started his career at a Philadelphia Middle School. Prior to Education , he served in the US Airforce. He is originally from Sussex, England. As an immigrant to the USA, who still very much loves England, you can often get his attention with a Guiness pint or the soccer scores!
Lynda, originally a Philadelphia native, is primarily handling the B2B side of A3E2 Consulting and organizing the volunteer community based cooperation with Caroline County’s adoption, foster care and Special Education Services to benefit local students and residents. Her personal passion is truly musical theatre and tv/ film opportunities for youth. She is actively committed to assisting the growing Virginia casting and production market while maintaining her Los Angeles and New York City connections. She enjoys shared relationships with current or newly established talent management firms. While she left nursing behind her in 2007 due to recurrent health issues, she has found much fulfillment in these other avenues and enjoys volunteering and assisting new growth and success in all areas of connection. You will see Lynda or the kids out and about especially in Caroline County, Virginia with her 10 year old morkie service dog, “Bailey”. She is the 10th member currently of the Arnold family!
